What the file needs.

Net qualified assets divided by 60 months. Cash counts at 100%, stocks and bonds at 70%, retirement at 70% from age 59½ and 50% before.

  • The three most recent monthly statements or a quarterly statement for each asset, seasoned 30 days
  • Assets in the borrower’s own name; business funds and real estate equity are not eligible
  • Bitcoin and Ethereum on a major exchange count at 50%, over 84 months
  • Gift funds allowed up to 80% LTV
