New Jersey PPP is back!

Effective June 4, 2026, prepayment penalties are once again available on investment property loans in New Jersey when the loan is made directly to an LLC borrower. Please note that this applies only to loans originated in the name of an LLC. Individual borrowers vesting title in an LLC or Corporation are not eligible. The availability of prepayment penalty options can help deliver more competitive pricing and expanded financing solutions for your real estate investor clients.
