What the file needs.

Income as the employer states it on FNMA Form 1005. Bonus, commission, and overtime count when most income is base pay.

  • Two years with the same employer, verified by HR, payroll, or a company officer
  • FNMA Form 1005
  • Primary residence only
  • No paystubs, tax returns, W-2s, or 4506-C
  • A verbal verification of employment within 3 days of closing
